About me

About me

I have been fortunate enough to be guided and taught by generous, talented and celebrated mentors in my field. My early interest in cooking began in Medellin Colombia, working in Anita’s Gourmet Express, where I had the pleasure of working for Anita Botero herself, a renowned Colombian chef.

10 years ago, I chose to come to London, as I wanted to progress my career outside Latin America. Once settled here, I worked predominantly in hotels, restaurants and clubs as a Pastry Chef. I have also been involved in general catering through agencies like Syft and ASAP Company, which gave me the opportunity to work at The Dorchester Hotel, The Lanesborough, and Lincoln's Inn Fields. I have also worked directly with Piercy & Company and the Manor Gardens Centre, a health and wellbeing charity founded in 1913, where I have provided food for special occasions and corporate events.

I have also given talks on healthy eating and nutrition, and I have designed workshops for community projects including Camden Blossoms and Castlehaven Community Centre.
